Welcome, see you're just up the road in Derby! Got a bike yet?

The Number 1 rule in BCF is "Don't talk about Karma".

Seriously there is a mechanism and I saw a post on it once but I can't find it. Basically, the better you behave (good punctuation, language) the better your Karma.

Also it depends where you post. Karma increases more if you're helpful in sections such as the Workshop, rather than Off-topic banter.

People can rate your posts. Helpful, funny posts are good. Sperg/Bawwing is generally bad.

Genuinely wasnt expecting any replies, this interweb things pretty good! Lol

I got my bike before I passed my DAS. I was positively chomping at the bit (or helmet strap whichever sounds better) got myself a SICK 22 year old ZX6-r, by sick I mean it wouldn't start. Turned out to be the HT cable snapped on cylinder 1. "Fixed" by me so don't look at that and don't judge!

thanks for clearing this up. Yeah I got a kawasaki, think its limited though because I took it up the A50 and it maxed out at a whopping 77mph. So thinking I should google where there might be a restricter located and see if I should remove it. Lol

Acceleration is ok... Nothing to shout about, but I just put that down to her being an old bird. She sounds mint though! I mean like she fires up first time, she's fine through the gears, get to top end though and its like the limiter is half way through the range. So like gets to 60000 revs and it sounds like its red lining. Question Question
