when u plug the servo in and turn the key the servo should go in to the CLOSED position (closing the power valve) then u conect it up.
make sure the power valve is in the closed position when the servo is.

just make sure it opens the valve Fully after 7500rpm and below that it closes it to the correct position,

Its probably easyer to get the valve FUlly open ajust the servo
(bike turned off) to OPen then fit it, then u knot its defnatly fully operning the powervalve, givving u ALL the top end power

in not 2 sure how they work on the NSR but its x10 easyer if u can see the valve position by removing the blanking plate on the opersit side,

Hope this makes sence Wink

With the stock servo motor/controller, all you can adjust is how fully opened/closed the RC valve works. You cannot vary the RPM range that it opens and closes, not with my controller/cdi anyway!

Its always best to adjust the valve timing when at the fully open position, this will avoid the servo motor getting damaged and will ensure the vlave opens completely.

Get a service manual for your bike, the valve adjustment should be the same as the older versions. I have seen many manuals about!
