I F..ing hate taxis driver i've just got in from a ride home after this bloody taxi driver nearly nocked me clean off my bike....I had just come off a roundabout and 100 meters down the road on the left is a WMC which a taxi was parked outside of with his headlights on the just as i was about no more then 7/8 meters away from him he decides to pull out with no indication and ovoiusly not looking. I almost hit him so i gave him a sound of my horn the bloody tw*t Middle Finger.

Seems to be a common situation these days, especially with taxi drivers. It happened to me a while ago. I think its because they probably have a fare in and want to get to the desired destination in quick time to recieve a tip. But in the mean time they are not focusing on driving as such, just merely rushing in order to get a tip.

Well thats my opinion anyway. Glad your alright mate Cool

Yeah, i know what you mean. They always seem to do their 'mad' maneouvers at the worst times (e.g. when a motorcyclist is a couple of meters away). They are a hazard.

Taxi drivers do mad/bad manouveres all the time! We just notice it more when on our bikes I reckon.

Well I filtered trafic and was at the front of the que ( pulled infront of the taxi at the front) and indicated Left. waiting til the lights go green, as they hit amber, the taxi pulled up my inside to undertake me as I was turning left. I didnt hit him thanks to my "Lifesaver". instead of going left, I followed him, Got to the next set of lights, Rode upside him and took his wing mirror out with my foot, U turned and Fecked off! Razz

Ok, Well it was funny at the time. nice bit of revenge.

Taxi drivers have no consideration for other road users. Infact, Im supprised he actually stoped at the red light! Laughing

I don't have a problem with taxi drivers, it's the passengers that
are the problem. A taxi can be at the lights and some bugger always
jumps in JUST as the lights turn green so you are stuck which is
why I try to be in front if I can.

Most taxi's are okay, you do get the odd old boy who doesn't give
me the time of day.

I am speaking about proper London Taxi's, I don't know about the rest
of the country.
