Ignoring them is the most cost effective way of dealing with the scratches.
It's a learner 125 so people almost expect them to have at least a few scratches on them.
Spend money getting them repaired or touched up by a garage and it will cot you more than it increases the value by. Everything else would look like a cheapo attempt to cover up some scratches and so is of zero benefit.

Sometimes the effort involved in doing it "properly" isnt worth the final result.
Personally i like the scratches on my bikes, they tell a story.
