'Course he exists. He's some sort of spokesman for the police department, by the look. If you search for "major jason wank" -frabutt -penis" you will see some newspaper reports with his name in them.

There are all sorts of odd names over there. I used to know a bloke, through work, rejoicing in the name: "Randy Wanker". He came here a few times, too.
