Custom YBR 2009 clicking from soleniod

Hello,

My YBR custom want start from the electric start, it just clicks when i press the start button the clicking is coming from the soleniod but ive but a new on as i assumed that was the problem but its still doing the same thing.

Battery is good, not sure what else to check?

If the battery is good then check the connections to the bike.
Q, how do you know the battery is good?

Voltage is 12.6V when bike isnt running, volatge is 13.8v when running.

I can only see the 2 connections that go to the soleniod?. where else should i check?.

Most likely battery. Check the voltage when you press the button to start it too. If it suddenly dips then the battery has had enough.

Thanks Guys, was the battery, voltage dropped to 8v when i pressed the ignition switch.

Fitted new battery fired up 1st time.
