Hi guys

I dropped my bike the other day (04 bandit 600s) and smashed the front left indicator so i have decided to replace them with new oxford bulbed indicators.

so here is the problem, i managed to fit the left indicator fine using bullet conectors to connect the two wires from the indicator to the two wires on the bike and it worked. When i went to install the right side indicator i noticed there were three wires on the bike grey, black with a white line, and green so i connected the two wires on the indicators (using bullet connectors) one to the grey one and one to the black one i then tried the indicator and it didnt work. I am asuming its because the green wire isnt connected but i have no idea what its for and where to connect it. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

How many wires were connected to the right indicator before removal?
If there`s a spare wire it could be for the pilot light not in use.

The correct wiring colours for the right hand side indicators are: Light green = 'live', Black/white = 'common earth'.
