By overheating, does it have a temp gauge? I've seem 110+ on my older Triumph Daytona which I thought was fucking mental, but given my GSXR gets to 105, its probably OK  |

It starts flashing a warning at about 117c at which point the owners manual says stop and let it cool down a bit, over 140c it's switch off and start praying. This bike runs seriously hot by design, like you said, fucking mental. Still, should be nice in winter.
I was fairly certain is was a fan failure since I had that on the FZS600, so I didn't stop, instead went into filtering berserk mode to get some air flow through the rad, which got me home.

Doh! overlooked the bleedin' obvious  Yup, blown fuse, hopefully no particular reason why it blew, time will tell.
