I'm back now with a full licence!

Passed Mod1 last week and Mod2 this week both at first attempts, with 1 minor on the first one and two minors on the second one.

Went to work today on the big bike for the first time and survived it too. At one point I felt like a moto-Moses with cars getting out of my way when filtering. Very surprised as it never happened to me before on the 125 and it was quite the opposite on the scooter Laughing

Anyway thought I'd share some success and get some great responses from the cruiser haters :troll:

Still haven't decided if this riding style is for me yet even if the forward controls are only middle forward and seat is really comfy. The ER6 gave me a shoulder pain on both occasions and a sore bum...

Someone said you need n+1 bikes with n being how many you already own so it's ok if I'm going to start saving for a triumph tiger now Laughing

Well done fellow cruiser fan! Although I'm not sure my Rebel really counts Smile

My co-worker swapped his CBR600RR for his mate's Street Triple for a ride out - he rather enjoyed the comfort. Maybe you have a friend that you could swap with?

I was getting wrist pain and just rotating the bars (I cant remember which way) a few degrees completely cured me. It was sych a tiny adjustment it surprised me that just a little change made such a difference.

Only other cruiser riders Laughing
TBH we only moved here a year ago so we don't know anyone around here and nobody at work rides.
Will go to Fowlers and casually wait outside, "hey you, you! wanna swap?" Laughing

I didn't know you could adjust clutch and brake levers on some bikes and it helped me a lot for my test, but I don't think I can adjust this on the Street750 and especially clutch seems really far. Not made for short fingers Sad

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
