Yes... winter gloves? What's your budget?

Funny, I dropped into J&S earlier today thinking I'd treat myself to some new gloves. I'd recently bought myself some cheap 'n' cheerful eBay rubbish for £20 - just to get by - and I can't say I found anything better for less than £100, not in my size anyway.

£100 to £200 range there's some really good stuff; Gore-tex etc. or, alternatively, heated gloves.

So my suggestion is just get any old winter gloves you like the look of for £20 ~ £30 and bin 'em after the season's over. Go to a shop if you can drop >£100.

This. bulky, but good. Make sure you try them on, you want a little bit of an air gap between the end of the glove and the end of your finger.

The other alternative (that I've tried and am happy workd) is RST Outlast Titanium 2 - But it's less protection and more expense. I use the Enforcers most days, unless it's silly cold.

more than six years.

Warm and dry after seven Irish winters, two trips to Scotland
and one trip to Wales.

They would be the perfect winter glove if they had a
rubber visor wiper. If only someone could come up
with a solution to the wet visor problem...

Very true, aside from a slight leak in my boots, the only other problem was visibility through the visor at times last night. All down the M6 from just south of Preston, all the way to Wolverhampton last night !!
