There aren't any restrictors in it...nothing like 2 stroke 125's might have. Afraid you're stuck with the performance.
Big bore kit? You wouldn't reap much benefits from that....the resale value would be absolutely f*ck all. Most people generally buy a 125 to learn on, and with a big bore kit, it'd be illegal for learner riders to ride it. Don't know if they make them to be honest  |

There was a similar thread not too long ago - https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=43805 - and the general concensus is it is what it is. A big bore kit is available from here, but you'll only be spending money on making it unsellable to the learner market.
