Zx6 J1 running problems (been on going for to long)

Hi i have a zx6 j1 which idles fine and goes like stink then it splutters like the carbs arnt refilling quick enough then it will go like stink till carbs run to low, so on.........

Ive had carbs off completely cleaned through changed old hoses blown through jets, and still no joy! Ive been told about the ghrottle censor on the right side of the head and still no better!

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not familiar with the exact model, but my last 900r sufferred terrible from carb icing ?
