Yeah, I can't see the point in trying to cram too much mileage in a very short time. Can't savour anything. If I was limited for time, I'd just plan a shorter trip. I prefer to explore a bit from a base for 2, 3 or 4 days at a time. You can ride the best roads more than once that way too, and without all your luggage.

South Germany is really famous for there mountains (Alps). Also really to recommend is the black forrest!

In the middel closer to North Germany you find the The Harz. The Harz is a low mountain rangethat has the highest elevations in Northern Germany (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harz). Here you can spend a couple of days (3-5) to explore most of the nice twisty roads.

In north Germany it´s different again because the nice twisty roads become less but from here you can find a lot of historie, when you start following the old german border between east west germany you find a lot of intresseting german history and nice german country side.

If you plan a bigger trip in north Germany I would recommend the south of Norway! From Hamburg you can ride to the top of denmark (around 350 km) and than take a cheap ferry (2-3 hours) from hirthals to Kristiansand.

other option you take the overnight ferry from Kiel, just 90km away from hamburg. You arrive at oslo the next morning at 10 am.
