What exactly needs 'repairing'? The worst thing I can see is where some monkey has been levering in the base gasket joint pulling up a raised edge that's going to have to be sorted out. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

Maybe I'm looking at the photos wrong but is this internal damage?
I've just seen a YouTube video of someone pressing the two case halves together and punching out a hole with a misaligned indexing rod and they made do with metal epoxy to patch it up
Internals only need to be functional. Only the externals need to be shiney-shiney ____________________ Royal Enfield Continental GT 535, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Yamaha XSR700, Honda Rebel, Yamaha DT175, Suzuki SV650 (loan) Fazer 600, Keeway Superlight 125, 50cc turd scooter |

It doesn't need repairing. That bit is nothing more than a rib in the casting. Intake charge flows past it, nothing more. The only consideration is that it hasn't raised a burr on the jointing face. Pay someone to 'fix' it if you like but you'll be no better or worse off than it is right now.
Places that DO need looking at are marked in green plus any other spots where some monkey has barred the against that face. It causes a rised edge that will prevent the cylinder base pulling flat against that crank-case top face, risking a blown base gasket and subsequent melted piston.
Also since I can see daylight through the split in the cases it's reasonable to assume that they have been just as careless with the vertical split so that needs checking too. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

The bits you have marked are all non-issue, although they do need looking at. Why don't you pop them apart give them a clean and take good photos of the mating faces. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

Huh? People have said this isn't much of an issue and it's for a CG125...
No one will know or care if you "fix" it, it's not worth anything ____________________ Royal Enfield Continental GT 535, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Yamaha XSR700, Honda Rebel, Yamaha DT175, Suzuki SV650 (loan) Fazer 600, Keeway Superlight 125, 50cc turd scooter |
