Surely there used to be one at the bottom of a thread, now I have to scroll back up to the top to see it?
Not blocking anything so far as I know (chrome)

I see a reply button right near the end of the page, below some ads for bikes 'n' bits, above "You may post....", LHS of page.

You're probably now in Lite Mode. At the very bottom of the page, click "Switch to Normal Mode".

Goodness gracious me. What does "Lite" mode" do, apart from remove a "Reply" button and possibly some ads?
