When I come to a stop or am going REALLY slow edging between cars etc. The bike feels as if it is falling in to ruts in the road. I look back and dont see any so it's very unnerving.

Tyre pressure is ok so an bit confused.

Also has a tendancy to shake its head at 110-120 (Could the two be related?)

I would look for, square tyres, wheel alignment, suspension condition, head bearings.

Nope. Not working today! Wink Can you share the following?
Make/model of bike please. And delete as applicable:
Has it always done it / just started doing it / been gradually increasing over days/weeks/months.

As Git above says sounds likely. Maybe also fork oil levels? I'd put my money on head bearings to kick off.

Lol, it's a CB-1. Don't think it did it when I first had it (low or high speed).

Low speed wobbles..... do you mean it just aint as stable as at speed? If so thats very normal.

Check the tyre pressures all the same.

But if your getting wobbles at speed as well yo9u could well have something else a miss.

i presume you mean a low spead WEAVE rather than a wobble? Your front tyre may be a bit shagged by the sounds of it.
