So have you adjusted the oil pump to produce more oil, now you've almost doubled the engine capacity and fitted a carb on a 50cc bored up engine which most 125's would use?
I take it you're not premixing too?
What size other jets, such as main are in the carb?
130 for a pilot sounds quite large, but some bikes are different to others, my 2T 250's use a 25 pilot, or 27.5 if I upjet them. Who adviced you on what jets to use on a 28mm carb with an 86cc big bore kit? Do they know what they're doing or is it a guess?
2 stroke jetting is a fine art. You can rarely just bolt on a bigger carb and change the pilot thinking all will be OK.
What air filter is in use? ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.
