Where in his letter did he say that?

When you're writing your posts, do you think that no one will notice that your quotes aren't 100% accurate?

Go on, what's your source for that? No secret has ever been made about the fact a lot of people are going to die so why are you trying to present it as some type of exclusive story?

How do bail outs and financial support being given to big companies make any difference to the lack of cure or vaccine?

As for what you're saying about how everything should be shut down...

"Endgame C: stop then restart
Endgame C is to “stop then restart”. This means minimising activity and interactions, and sealing the borders to passenger traffic including citizens (although not trade), until infections are driven down to zero."

If that happened then nobody would be able to go and drive thousands of miles around Europe. Think about that before you get too comfortable on your high horse.

Has he blamed 5G for it yet? Or the mussies?

A month of total shutdown and isolation might do it too, but is that practical?

All these fools saying the government should have had a magic wand ready to wave and make it all better just don't grasp the situation.

So the 5G conspiracy has wormed its way into BCF Laughing Rolling Eyes My Facebook feed is full of people going on about this now, claiming it's some kind of state sponsored weapon designed to get us all sick.

Meanwhile nobody cares about wifi boxes in everyone's homes, which operate at a similar or higher frequency band than 5G.

I honestly thought the world had had its fill of mad conspiracies in the early 2000s, when the internet first became a household thing and you could find and believe whatever you wanted (while waiting for limewire downloads and stickdeath videos to finish)

But you said letting everyone catch it is the official plan, that news article doesn't say that.

And you seem to have ignored the other questions in my post about the accuracy of your quotes. Wink

The news article quotes the official government advisor.

Can't get more official than that mate Laughing

Not to mention zillions of other articles and official UK gov. statements on that:
Quote:

Sir Patrick Vallance, England’s chief scientific adviser, has defended the government’s approach to tackling the coronavirus, saying it could have the benefit of creating “herd immunity” across the population.

Feel free to use google find all articles.

You don't get it do you? the toothless lock down as ignored by millennials, London yoof and other assorted self centered morons, is not to stop everyone ever getting infected, it's to control the number who need NHS attention at any one time, so the service is not flooded and deaths are caused by sheer numbers all at once.

I suspect as soon as the curve starts dropping on daily infections and deaths, that we'll be allowed out for a bit until the curves rise again and we have to spend a few weeks in lock down again to bring the speed of spread down again.

It's a careful game of flattening the curve as much as possible, but with a 2 week gestation period, it's like applying the brakes 2 weeks before you envisage we need them. Not an easy task.

You just blame millennials whatever happens. I have actually been looking at who is violating the social distancing and its very rarely millennials. The vast majority are in their 40s and 50s. The worst offenders by far are runners and cyclists from the born again spandex brigade. Millennials are following the rules, and hence complaining the most about said rules because they are suffering the negative effects the most severely. You should thank them, they are keeping you out of the morgue Wink

Actually I'm not worried because I'm already dead! That's right, the TETRA emergency services radios in the last conspiracy killed me by cooking my brain and I am in fact both simultaneously dead and under remote brain control of the American and Chinese government. I read it on the internet so it IS true. Alex Jones told me so!

South Koreans seem to have a handle on the situation, what are they doing differently?

Regarding conspiracies, this is where Russian, Chinese, Nork hacking gangs are are shown to be bit slack. They seem to have the power to plant whatever mumbo-jumbo they like on social media to grow and fester but not the power to kill competing bollox. One would think a classic "tin foil hat" conspiracy against 5G is the last thing the Chinese would want!

I'm going by the young people in their late 20's, parking up with young kids in tow, visiting family and friends where I live, plus photo's of parks in Londonistan as posted all over Twitter by the police.

It's a particularly bad photo but it seems that its whitey that's not following the rules.

You could look at what this (somewhat sensational in terms of "civil liberties") article says; note the South Koreans have "history" (MERS, 2015) and were far more ready than most other places.

SK has a bunch of things they are doing that explains their success.

1. Experience with previous outbreaks of *ARS.

2. Huge amounts of testing.

3. The people listen to the government. If they government says do something, they do it. There is no questioning or conspiracy theories.

This Korean doctor is well worth listening to.
