Hi all this is my first post on this forum I just wanted to double check if my driving license entitles me to riding this on my car license and current entitlements

Can I ride this having never done a UK motorbike exam or CBT however I do have bike riding experience but just not in the UK ?

Will I have to use L plates?

According to my license it states that I have a full A category but restricted to category 79 which is tricycles the date shown does that mean it’s the date that I should put on my insurance policy?

Any help and guidance is much appreciated[/img]

You can use that thing on a car licence.

No L plates, its a car.

Would I, probably not... all the cons of a bike and no pros of a car.

you need the LT versions as the wheels are set slightly wider apart making it a tricycle
the normal ones are still classed as bikes by law and you wont get insurance without a bike licence

Those things are relatively slow turning, but they're not much wider than a bike, so you can still filter most of the time. The biggest blocker to filtering would probably be narrow gaps between traffic islands and cars.
