Speedfight 3 wiring

Hi I'm stripping down a speedfight 3..I have a blue wire with what looks like a 10amp fuse attached. I think this has come from ignition wiring block but not sure . Iv looked in manual and can only see 7.5 amp and 5 amp fuses which I have in correct place .The blue wire runs outside the loom ...any ideas as to were to reconnect? Thanks[

Can you do it by the process of elimination - that is to say you can work out the rest so therefore that one must be XXX?
Bear in mind also that just because it has a 10A fuse in now doesn't mean that's what it should be fitted with... It's not inconceivable that a different (larger) fuse has be used due to either the correct size blowing too often as a bodge or perhaps a 10A one was the only type a previous owner could get hold of?

Thanks for the input.. this is what's confusing me,the terminal block wires all match I.e 4 in 4 out and the fact the blue wire is situated outside the loom and i have both fuses mentioned in the manual leads me to believe this may of been a temp repair or something...just in the process of gathering as much info at the min ..electrics isn't my strong point lol

the blue wire could have powered some aftermarket addition that has since been removed. a cell phone cradle or GPS perhaps?
