No, I'm not talking about a quick hygiene wipe before fellatio.

Just wondering what you guys use routinely to wipe your visor/helmet/front of your bike to get rid of the bug spats?

What's the best product on the market?

I have yet to find anything that beats hot soapy water though I do usually carry a pack of moist wipes that work ok.

I use whatever is in the buckets at petrol stations and the window rubber blade/scrapers that are usually in those very buckets. It works great, and takes a few seconds to clean the visor. Also works great on headlights.

The rest of my helmet requires nothing more but warm soapy water and a clean cloth.

I originally bought one of those little bottles of visor spray with the squeegee and foam pad bit on it. Now I just refill it with a water/washing up liquid mix, and wrap half a jiffy cloth around it, for visor cleaning. Spray on, work with the foam pad, wipe off with the cloth. I rinse the cloth each time I have to refill the bottle, and replace it when it starts to get a bit raggedy.

I buy the W5 glasses cleaner wipes and carry a few of them in my pocket. They're basically isopropanol and some mild detergent and work really well for helmets/visors while I'm out and about.

I also keep a spray bottle of dilute washing up liquid solution in my garage/workshop. A quick spritz with that and some elbow grease with workshop paper does the job when I get home. Thumbs Up

To remove baked on flies on my visor, I grab a paper kitchen towel and soak it in water, fold it in half and stick it on to my visor.

Leave it for 10 minutes, then remove it by wiping it off, gathering it all up as I go along.

Really works a treat.

If you're using that really cheap kitchen roll or bogroll lay it over the affected area and splash water onto it. Saves the tissue from tearing and/or turning to mush.

I use the same approach using a clean rag for the screen on the bike and fronts of mirrors.
Place it, wet it, leave it and bang the flies are gone.

When compared to other products such as WiPEY and [name of scam orchestrated by the less than fully grown man redacted]®, nobwipe has many advantages with the most significant being that it's real.

We might have to create a Corona special edition nobwipe, would anyone to preorder one? Mr. Green
