Has anyone done a Bennetts Rider Confidence day?

I wanted to get some additional training in this year, I get a discount on this particular scheme via my Bennetts rewards.

The synopsis reads a bit like half a day of extra Mod1 style tuition (not in itself a bad thing).

I am seeing a couple of good reviews on the internet but I can't share my opinion since I have signed-up before. It seems promising though, I guess it is for you to find out.
