Circular logo found on Dennis dustcarts (among other trucks probably).

Anyone ever thought how it looks like a dead upside down dolphin with god's curly finger coming down from the sky?

Or is it just me?

Would love to know what this is supposed to symbolise...

Are you joking? It's a bloody eagle.

Big white bits it's legs and claws. V above is it's beak. White bit to the right it's eye.

Having said that for ages I kept seeing these skips with what looked like arabic writing on them...:

https://bspskiphire.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/1365170607_bsp_knockholt_48.jpg

One day it finally clicked it's supposed to be stencilled / shadowed / 3D like writing. Honestly couldn't see the letters BSP!!! Just looked like arabic or hebrew or something!

I know what you mean to a point, once you *see* something the wrong way your brain recognises it like that for ever more unless seriously challenged.

Dislexia wouldn't affect stylised pictures like the eagle above. I'll assuming a complete lack of pattern recognition.

Never been tested but unlikely. You won't find many spelling, grammatical or punctuation errors in my posts. The odd typo here and there maybe.

Yeah bang on! At first all I could see was a dead dolphin. Then later looked at the bit above and thought it looked like an upside down 'come hither' finger. That's all I could see! Now Polar Bear has pointed it out to me all I can see now is an eagle. Like you say once you've seen something the wrong way once it's almost like you can't un-see it that way.

I will say this in my defence though, it looks a LOT more like an eagle on a computer screen in white and blue than it does on the front of a truck where only the white bits are chrome and the blue bits are non-existent holes in the logo.

I saw a duck first but can see both. Probably only because you mentioned both animals though. If you hadn't said either animal just "what animal is this?" I wonder how I would have responded...

Yes, a young lady. But it's also an old crone looking towards you.

The white bit on the RHS kinda looks like a lion taking a huge chunk out of the back of the lady's head.

Thread hijack, but "truck nuts," so....

https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1228/1400/products/wheel_nut_safety_nut_indicators_abb960a9-248f-4a34-a718-fb9986727718_large.jpg?v=1564052865

I often wondered what these plastic things were for, and now I know but I wonder, are heavy vehicles especially prone to loose wheel nuts?
