tl;dr an electric supermoto-style road bike.
Apparently classified as a "125" so A1 / CBT friendly. However, as it's electric the power output is everywhere - i.e. 80mph is easy to obtain rather than an absolute chore.
130kg with a "ride like a twat" 40 mile range sounds like an ideal commuter or second bike.
