im so pissed off been done for speedning already i only been riding it a day, only just done 5 miles! 56 and a 30 im totaly fucked!

not used to the bike is what it is, i must have got from like 20 to almsot 60 in about 2 or 3 seconds

You might be able to blag it infornt of the magistrate to get a lowet ssentance .. ie 'just got the bike... didn't realise I was going so fast, concentrating on riding' etc etc
At least you've got insurance for the next year :0

however some cops arn't that bad a m8's dad got busted doing 62 in a 30 zone n the copper just said 'I like biking too just keep the speed down in the future m8'

this copper wasn't in a good mood, even tried to blag it, new bike, didnt relise i'm really sorry he didnt say n e thing just said what do u do for a living, i said IT trainee, he replys well i dont tell you how to do your job.

Depending on the area, the method of capture, and your attitude, you might be able to get away with 3 points and a fine over here...having said that, authorities especially don't like ppl speeding in 30 zones.

i take your going to court???

ive been done doing 59 in a 30, it went to court and they wanted to give me 6points and a £80 fine,but i expained that would be the end of my liscence!
so they gave me 5points and upt the fine to 130

the moral is to go in apologise and throw your self on their mercy,it could go your way but you'll still get at least 3 points and £80, but you could easliy be looking at a small ban.

anyway good luck!!!!

p.s i had to wait nearly six months for the court case!!!
