Which was true in pre-Trump days, however the rank and file serving members have apparently been leaning Democrat in this election because, surprise, surprise, they think Trump's a dangerous, incompetent, arsehole.

Not what I'm hearing. They're happy not to be kept in endless wars with no end goal. They know the Dems are the ones who will send them back into that. Which wars did Trump send them to? Wink

When Biden reintroduces CRT into federal institutions, we'll know for sure that it's the Dems who are racist. There is no more racist a doctrine. Note that it's Biden who continually talks about race, such as saying the reason he can hide in his basement is because "some black woman is stacking shelves at the supermarket".

But that's ok. You will get your Woke States of America. Enjoy! Razz

Sorry, but what you're hearing 3000 miles away is not the same as I'm hearing here. considering that I don't have cable and can only access Fox News via my local Fox station it's hardly likely to be your favourite woke MSM fake news stations feeding me tripe and that makes me wonder just which youtube 'news' sites you are visiting. Bitchute seems to be favoured among those who've deserted Fox...
It's true that the few serving military members that I know are Republicans but they're not pro-Trump. People are not unhappy that Trump has not gotten the US into a new war, although there was some unease recently when he brought up the subject of nuking the Iranian enrichment plant, they are however very wary about withdrawing troops from Afghanistan before getting the Taliban under control. I don't suppose that matters too much here as we don't get nearly the amount of snackbar activity that UK gets but I'm surprised that you're happy for the US to leave it to Europe to sort out.

As for the Woke States of America comment, if it gives you something to fap to then who am I to piss on your bonfire? Laughing
Something that I've come to realise since moving here is that the average American understands Socialism as poorly as the average Brit comprehends American Capitalism. I can keep repeating that the Democrats make the Tory party look like a bunch of commie sympathisers until I'm blue in the face and you still wouldn't get it.
Brits assume that just because they can nearly understand what most Americans say that they must be culturally similar however if it's cultural similarities you want I suggest you try France, or Germany, or even Bulgaria before you consider the US.

Actually, I'm not sad to see the back of Trump. I think he has done his job, by opening people's eyes to the influence peddling of the Dems and the Republicans as they used to be, and as I mentioned, shown people that it doesn't have to be that way. And as I also mentioned, I think a Republican govt. under Ted Cruz and Candace Owens would be good for America. They would at least preserve the Constitution. They do believe in the rights and the freedoms of the individual, and free speech.
As to the snackbars here, if the EU hadn't opened all borders to all and sundry and got so damned wet liberal, we wouldn't have half the problem we have now, and there'd be no need to bother with what they do in Afghanistan or anywhere else. Macron at least is beginning to understand this.

Hey, it's your (adopted) bonfire. Piss away, like they've been doing unchecked for months in Portland and many other Democrat run cities Laughing

2nd highest number of votes gathered in an election: Donald Trump, 2020

I know I've posted this link on BCF before but I do think that it is one of the easiest ways to highlight the cultural differences of a capitalist society.
To paraphrase the old jokes, this is what you get when a black pastor, a high ranking KKK member and a neo-nazi do business together...

EDIT: As of tomorrow, this is one of the nearest towns to my new Deep South residence, henceforth I am no longer to be known as Floridaman... Laughing

Yep, totally agree. When I was doing my year of studying as an international student in chyinah chyinah chyinha I had way more culturally in common with the Europeans than I did with the Americans and Canadians. All had a good time together though.

Don't get it.

You and others who have been completely won over by the cult of Trump seem convinced that anything left wing will turn a country into a riotous cesspit, yet it happened under Donald Trump's lead and it happened badly. Open your eyes and stop blaming others. He failed as a leader and failed at properly governing on behalf of all Americans, and those riots prove it clearly.

"We had big pharma against us, we had the media against us, we had big tech against us, we had a lot of dishonesty against us".

Endless childish tit-for-tat playground accusations, the most obvious manipulative narcissistic me-me-me traits I've ever seen in the realm of western politics. I'm amazed how willingly his braindead supporters are buying all this.

In order for evidence to reach the Supreme Court, it must first be introduced on the record in a lower court case.
Now that the Obama appointed hack has ruled the case had no merit (on the grounds that all observers were kept at a distance), this may occur.
With the bonus of a court record admission that PA violated the 6 observer rule.

No doubt you are further unaware that this election was held under a State of National Emergency, declared after the midterms, with a simultaneous Executive Order concerning interference by foreign entities, with specific mention of tabulation and storage.
This may become pertinent, given that Dominion are based in Canada and their recently seized servers were in Germany.

Tbh, I blame social media for this. Why can't they just ban all these far right extremist sites outright? If they don't, I'd be seriously considering investigating the people who allow this filth to be posted.

An insurgency in Democrat cities, condoned, encouraged and/or aided by Democrat politicians, that's Trumps fault?! And when, after several months of this in Portland he does send in Federal officers to protect a court house the MSM do the whole "living in a police state," "kidnapped protestors," "worse than Hitler" schtick.

I suppose you could say it's a result of TDS and that if Hillary had won TDS wouldn't exist and therefore the Burning, Looting and Murder wouldn't have happen Thinking
