Hi, need some advice on my bike, was a non runner, did the shims, fuel pump, cleaned fuel tank, sent the carbs for a full service, there is spark and fuel but bike has a hard start

..and you can prove what they did?

After the compression test have 'em off and do it again. should come apart easy now they've been 'serviced'.

What does this mean?
Are you talking that the choke is not working and the engine runs ok when warm?
