Finding the right lid is a bloody nightmare!
I was getting really embarrassed about my old lid as it looked like one you would wear when you go go-karting on a school trip and it had been around since the 80’s.
Here’s my new lid, I think it is quite nice for £85.

Yeah that is nice. I have always liked the nitro lids, good quality and quite cheap. I have one at the minute, cost me £65 and I thought it was a very good price. The designs are good for what you pay as well.

As long as it fits and is comfortable then not a lot else matters.

My very first helmet was a hand-me-down, and had two stickers on it, one which read
"mobile chicane"
and the other
"curb crawling, please pass"

Embarassed
That one was replaced as quickly as possible!

I didn’t want one that didn’t match the bike, I would have gone with plain black, I’m not fussed about that.
The only plain black on I found was an Aria one, £385!!!

I've got an AGV too, Glossy black with irridium gold visor. The nuts and only £135 all in. Also the visor holds well against scratches unlike the Irridium Silver on my OGK helmet.
