since i had my bike robbed the petrol seems to go alot quicker now im on a ped and the rubber bung bit under me fuel cap has gone walkies do u think this might be a reason why i seem to loose petrol i know i hammer the bike everywhere but it usally lasts me 3 days on £5 but ive topped up every day of £5 and its anoying me as im not doing any extra miles

If theres not a good seal at the top of the tank, the petrol vapours will probibly escape though it, as the bike get warmer the vapours escaping will be more, though don't think you will lose a massive amount of petrol this way, even so best to get a new seal for it

Check that it aint flowing out the overflow pipe when your not looking, you may have to check the float needle in the carb.
