If that was your company, would you be happy with that reply, irrespective of a potential customers views.
Is it a fake, some sort of scam, or someone just passing the time of day ?
If my website didn't work properly I would not launch it so the general public trying to use it, and just remember it as a chocolate tea pot.
The websites function would be to generate sales I would think.
MS windows products on the other hand...more patches than an old tyre don't you think ?
They have stated feedback, good and bad, the site don't work, so you would have thought the management would be glad if the feedback, fix it and try again.
If they can't test the Web site, do they test the products. Yes they test the products, to destruction, at least I would expect them to test to destruction, a safety critical product, agreed ?
So why release a non working website, very professional, very customer confidence building.
I will research and contact the company tomorrow and look-see.

1. Can you please post info on how to spot fakes of your products. Or, will this actually make those fakes eventually harder to spot?
2. Can you please post definitive information on if/when backs of pads should be greased?

We would look to answer as much as possible on here, however, sometimes questions require a more detailed and swifter response and this can be done suing the email address given.
