Tyres for GPZ500

I have a GPZ500s (1995). The time has come to change tyres and I'm wondering which ones to get? Ideally, the tyres need to be all round perfomers with excellent grip around corners.

Oh, and a cheap place to get them would be good! I've had a quote for some BT45s for £160 fitted. Is that about right?

I have done over 50k miles on GPZ500s s.

I would fit nothing other than Bridgestone BT45 tyres to that model of motorcycle.

EDIT: 160 quid for a pair seems a trifle pricey to me assuming you are getting them fitted to loose wheels. Phone around.

Maybe around the high side of normal if you are dropping off the whole bike for them to take the wheels out.

Cheapest I've found is £138 from National Tyres, but that's not fitted. Anyone recommend any websites?
