It's the old logout gag, it's the tale as old as time.

This may have happened if you had to delete cookies, or your PC needed rebuilding or for countless reasons. Ste just accelerated the process a touch.

It's good you still have access to the site at all - I'm sure Kornypoos can fix it for you if the password reset feature is genuinely not working.

What is this all about?
If its the old alt+F4 thing that just shuts down the browser
but doesn't clear cookies passwords or cached stuff.
I just did it (using Firefox) then re opened it and carried on as normal

Besides, he's still posting so it cant be his BCF password
so what password has he lost?

If its a win10 password on say his PC and he's currently using his lappy
software like MSDaRT can sort things out

I've lost many passwords cos of clumsiness/reinstalling before backup sorta thing so just jot the important ones down on a sheet of paper and keep it stashed away safe for the next fuck up.

Mind you, as said, clicking on a Ste link is self inflicted damage.
