embarassing but i've forgotten how to fit strap on my helmet

I'm new to all this biking malarkey and I fitted the strap on my helmet a few weeks ago and was able to take it off by just loosening the strap to maximum. This meant I didn't have to go through the whole fastening thing everytime. Now I was going to go for a ride tonight, about 30 minutes ago actually but my strap has come completely undone and can i work it out? Can I fook. Sad

it a HJC FG-14 with 2 metal clips and a press stud, does anyone know of a picture guide I can use or can someone explain it to me reeeeeally simply?

Sigh.

Pass the strap through both loops, then double back, and only put it back through the first one.

Then press the stud onto the bit that it fits into on the strap.

Push the strap through both metal rings, then back through the first one and pull to required tension (about two fingers gap). Click the stud onto the other strap.

Never thought it was that difficult but can be tricky when you cant see what your doing. I think its more of a case of the two red blobs than anything mate, some people can't see past it!

On another note though its not rocket science! At least you know now!

Not forgetting they show you how to do both on the CBT so if you have'nt done that then surely you can't ride a bike? unless your a pillion of course in which case i apologies.
