Which model? I personally prefer the SRAD's, i was going to get one. They are like buses though, nice and chunky. Performance wise all sport 600's are roughly the same.

I like the look of the new model, SRAD's don't do it for me at all.

As Mark pointed out all 600's are roughly the same.
Get the one you like the look of the best. Very Happy

All 600cc Sports bikes are pretty much the same. All depends on what YOU want really..

I've ridden along with other 600's and there isn't much between them, it's all down to the rider.

you will notice big improvements with the newer GSXR's of today and last years compared to the earlier SRAD models. The big improvements was when suzuki started to refine it's fuel injection system after it was initially introduced in I think 1997 or 1998 a really good bike to look at for a cheaper budget without sacraficing too much performance would be the 2000 and onward model GSX-R 600 it had a major revamp and shaved a fair amount of weight and gained more Horsepower too, they also had a reputation for being a good track bike straight out of the crate. I think they had a cool tachometer and speedometer too Wink

The SRAD ran until 2000 with the 600 and 1999 with the 750. Sans fuel injection. The K series (post SRAD) all have fuel injection.

Get an SRAD - you know you love that curvy ass Thumbs Up

I would assume it would be quite abit more.

If you do get a GSXR get a slighlty less common colour scheme. Nothing worse than seeing your bike being driven left right and centre.

The GSXR600 SRAD i looked at was Black/Blue/Purple. Was very nice. Thumbs Up

Depends how much money you have to spend but the Ks are nice, I've got an SRAD (see above).

Every Gixxer has the worse tail unit you could ever possible imagine (K4s and K5s excluded) so you'll need to get a decent tail tidy with a better rear light cluster.
