In an interview Jacko said that the lawyers would make a fortune out of court cases and appearances, and would be dragged out forever to squeeze as much out of him as possible because they knew he had it, and that to pay the kid off was a much cheaper option, and the case would be dismissed, and hence end immediately, and he could get on with his life....TBH made sense to me.

I actually had the same girlfriend from when I was 17 (she was 16 in the year below me at the time) until I was 21. When we broke up I dated a couple of girls briefly I met at University then went out with the same girl from 21 (she was 19 at the time) until I was 27. I was heartbroken for a couple years and went through a phase of very low self-esteem but then when I started hooking up with girls at 29 there was no shortage of hot 20 - 24 year olds to hook up with.

When I was 21 I found it very difficult to get girls interested in me, but now in my early 30s it's actually very easy to get girls 21 - 24. My current girlfriend is 21 and I am an absolute disaster of a fat ugly cunt. I don't think my current girlfriend is with me for economic gains at all, I think we just clicked and are into all the same degenerate shit.

There was another thread where I linked journal papers going over research into male and female attractiveness to each other at different ages and I think it holds true to reality. Men find getting a younger woman easier in their late 20's - early 50's whereas women get lots of choice when they are young but past their middle 30's they start to struggle to get any man of any age.

The point of status, fame and power has always been to get yourself into a position where you can shag kids. Clergy, politicians, musicians and so on- all kid shaggers.

I take the point - when I was 35 I met my wife who was 24 at the time - fun, vivacious and willing to join in and party. Roll on 20 years and 3 kids she became a ghastly stuck-up social climber, not done a decent days work in 20 years and interested only in posturing around town in her 4 x 4. In short she changed (or the mask slipped) - I didn't. The warning signs were there but I chose to ignore them as I thought at the time I was getting on. Now, as a well-rinsed 50 something divorcee my currency on the market is virtually zippo, She bailed in the in nick of time and snagged another mug (actually snagged then bailed).
Hey ho, hindsight etc..... If I won the lottery however Thinking
