My fuel tubing is cracking up again, I only changed it last year.
Has anyone got any tips where can I buy proper ethanol proof fuel tubing?

Cohline fuel hose is rated for up to E85.

If the tubing is inside the fuel tank, you need to use submersible fuel line hose. Standard fuel line breaks down when used in in-tank applications, such as to connect the fuel pump and/or in-tank fuel filters. In those applications, you need to use fuel line rated for submersion in fuel. Wink

I'd not heard of ethanol causing problems with fuel hoses, I thought the ethanol issue was more around absorbing water and then causing issues in carbs, or fuel tanks rusting.

It sounds like you either got some very cheap and substandard fuel hose, or it had been sat on a shelf for a decade before you bought it.
I bought a motobatt last year which turned out to be bad and when I tried to claim on the manufacturers warranty I was told it was 6 years old. I eventually got a new battery from the retailer who never apologised, only said they were sorry to hear that warranty wouldn't apply.
For some stuff it's worth sticking to the larger suppliers online.
Also worth checking what rating you need, from memory there's R6, R9, R10 etc. I can't remember the details, so you'll need to look it up yourself.

It perishes some of the old rubber hose from the inside. I've had fuel lines actually burst open.
