i took this in p/x against a car, it's a dawes acoma mountain bike--i'm told it was almost £300 when new and it's had hydraulic disc brakes fitted after--it's very tidy and it looks better than your average bike--i'd like to think it's worth £150 but i'm sure someone on her will tell me otherwise--i'll sell for cash or deal on a good mobile phone!
if you need more photos or details, just ask!

Need any spares for a rs250/r6/dr600? Smile
On the scale of 'good' I doubt it comes that high, I'm afraid to say; though should be relatively good compared to other budget ones.

What gears (how many at least, if not what model) does it have?

i did wonder how long it'd take for someone with 'better' knowledge than me to contradict what i said-gears are shimano deore, 24 speed, front forks are rst--i would say this is a 'good' bike, i've seen crap ones and at the end of the day--u pays yer money and makes yer choice!

Not trying to put it down... bikes considered good, you can easily pay 5 - 10 as much as what you thought the RRP is.

Anyway, could be interested, so don't really have any money.

Have various bike and computer parts available.

I see... was this the same good mate that you got the bicycle off?

Does this mate also 'work' nights and is his uniform all black with gloves and a mask? Rolling Eyes

i don't think i'm being defensive at all, i just don't like pricks putting doubts into peoples minds with their flippant comments-especially when they have no intention of buying--this board seems to be full of people who have no intention of buying but try to crab it for everyone else--five replies so far and nobody buying?
