A bit of caustic soda works for me, as does brake cleaner and good old washing up liquid.

i tried washing up liquid but there are still dark stains on the bricks.
i dont own a jet washer, i still do the washing by hand.

Rigby Taylor, who supply the sports maintenance industry, sell Fleet Kleen which contains microbes that break down oil on hard surfaces. It’s a bit pricier than some of the earlier suggestions but it is very effective. Someone drove a diesel vehicle with a fuel leak into one of our car parks that has a block work surface, left a puddle and drove out again. Fleet Kleen has worked so well that I can’t see the spot where the main leak occurred.
