 |
|
Well, I pulled several bits out of my #2 NSR (which is now in a big pile of bits), and I found these weird things. I'm just wondering if the more mechanically minded of you can tell me what they actually are, and what they're worth .
Thanks in advance. ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/nsrandy/96rs250/ My Bike!

1. CDI Unit. Under the rear grab rail near the rear lights.
2. Rectifier. (Changes the AC current from the alternator into DC current to be used by the lights/ignition system etc) Behind the carb under the airbox.
3. R/C Servo control box. (Opens and closes the exhaust valve depending on revs.) Near to the rectifier, mounted to the side though. (Opens and closes the exhaust valve depending on revs.)
4. Indicator Relay. That one is near the grab rail too. ____________________ Current bike: VTR1000F Firestorm. Previous: Firestorm (written off) - XJ600 Divvy - NSR125 - DT125 and a load of offroaders. |

Nooo, the indicator relay is the little two-pin black thing, the same size as the gold one but not the same number of pins.
#4 is something else. ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/nsrandy/96rs250/ My Bike!
