i'd done all manner of shenanigans (inc. nearly three figures on a 60) before i finally got pulled (unmarked bike), but it was the noise that was mentioned on the ticket 
don't get me wrong - i was "happy" with that....i could've got a lot worse (I think I said about ten words in the entire time i was getting the lecture - there was no point arguing, i was being a dick and "enjoying" my bike) - also it was all on vid

She said nothing about noise, the only thing she did mention were the plates.
She explained her reasoning as "alerting you to the dangers of fast riding and hopefully having this hanging over you for twelve months will save your lives".
We did have a very interesting conversation with her regarding staffing levels, how useless the young recruits are, 60% of degree graduates leaving as soon as they get their free degrees and etc.
She lied about having our bikes seized and "crushed" on a 2nd offence. They can seize your vehicle but you pay (max of £430) to get it back.

But no. The jobsworth CUNT still felt the need to give me a Sec59, regardless of the wanker creating a hazard in the fast lane of a DC doing around 30 miles per fucking hour.

The real tragedy was I'm sure she actually believed we liked her and her bullshit "bad blood" rhetoric. Gaw'n, fuck off and go pick some more low-hanging shite.
Oh, and more lol, she actually tried to get some 'lesser' cops to come do her paperwork for her. Coz she was so important and busy, sitting in a layby stuffing her yap with a pork pie (she moaned about it). You can see in the video she's still chewing it.
