My indicators aren't working again, only a month after I had them repaired - the front right failed after a period when both left & right sides wouldn't flash consistently. Now it's doing it again. Foolishly, I didn't ask them what the problem was, so again I'm scuppered with the same problem.

Anyone else have similar experience?

Also, following my post last week, I think my chain is buggered, as I can almost pull the chain clear of the sprockets and it has stretched only a week after adjusting it for the 3rd time this year. Is it worth replacing with OE parts or are aftermarket bits better?? It's still under warranty, so I hope I won't have to pay for OE parts.

on the indicator front I has a whole load of fun tried allsorts, mostly I was pointed in earth and blown bulb directions but turned out to be the relay, though the relay looked like it was working and ticked and there was nothing to point to it being to faut it was !

As for the chain *dips head* oh dear, I left my chain well alone and endup getting a new one, I got an original with all new associated bits, especialy as the other bits were like 10th of the cost of the chain and didnt want to risk a new chain

Hi

Check the bulbs are all OK first. Then check the connecting wires for the indicators. Then go looking at earths and relays.

For the chain it is a wearing part so that will not be covered undr warrenty. C&S from M&P and the like is around £40, then some time fitting it.

All the best

Keith
