Why oh why do all the nice riding days come when my bike is dead?? Its not even something I can put up with. My fork seals are dead and the oil/muck combination is making a nice grinding paste so Iv got to leave it till wed when I can get the seals and the tools to get the forks apart.

So my forcast is it will rain next weekend unless something else goes wrong with it, in which case it will be glorious sunshine!

In that case I am praying that something goes wrong with it as I am off to a rally near Cambridge next weekend (nearly 200 miles each way) and the weather forecast at the moment is NOT good........ Sad

/selfish mode: Hope it gets fixed for the weekend after though!

It is really gutting, all I could do today was polish the Bandit over with a duster for the umpteenth time. Sad

Agreed. Had to sit the entirity of last weekend out due to spending all day Saturday figuring out how to get the front wheel off the gixxer, then spending all day Sunday waiting for them to mount and balance my new tires. That night and this weekend were glorious, though. Thumbs Up

The worst one is when you've drunk too much on a night out and are still feeling iffy the next day. You can't ride your bike, you feel like shit, and you know full well you did it to yourself Crying or Very sad Try and avoid this as much as possible and not get drunk if it's forecast sunny and you've nowt else on the next day.
