I've read most of the posts I can find about spraying fairings. Basically I bought some fairings today (off Yams Wink) And a tank etc etc... off ebay. Just want to know Is there any clear coat I can use which will stop petrol eating into the paint? If not I will probally Use that carbon sheet stuff around the fuel cap To try and protect it.

Do what the rest of us do, remember from page one of "how to own a bike".
Fuel goes Inside the tank, paint goes on outside.
