Won't quote exact figures, under my "ISP" side, 70% markup on leased lines and we still beat people who are 'cheap and cheerful'.. so its quite high. VM own the infrastructure, so its theirs to do what they want with, BT and the like share bits of the network.

Why would anyone voluntarily ride in rain? It absolutely sucks. After 3 mile trip coming back from Fowlers the spotless
bike I climbed aboard their end looks like it's been off road. Plus I had to ride there and back looking like a ba$tard flump in
my stupid plastic richa onesie which I've owned since 2014 and wore for the first time today, such is my avoidance of rain.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not scared to ride a bike in the wet, big or small. Did too much pizza delivery work in my younger
days to be bothered by wet roads, I'll still filter and use the bikes power and whatnot, but I just know it sucks enough
to never want to do it. Somehow though, whenever I have a service or MOT or am having some parts fitted it ALWAYS
FVCKING RAINS. Every. Single. Time. Evil or Very Mad Usually I'll just wear jeans and get damp but today it has lashed down and with
high winds too just to put a cherry on the cake of shit. And what a cuunting faff it is putting waterproofs on when I already
faff like an incontinent octogenarian before a ride anyway. Only the one attempt on my life by a jihadi minicab driver on
the way back from Fowlers when he decided to lash across the front of me without a signal into the bus lane that I was
already in. Just so he could skip the queue he needlessly sat himself in in the already manic Christmas traffic, the fvcking
babbling mong. Check your bloody mirrors Abdul Middle Finger you spaz. Gave him the full revbomb treatment to stop my legs
being broken by someone with an approximate intelligence quotient of 80 points. One of your frigging cousins is going
to get colder and wet tonight because of me, more on that later.

Now I'm going to have to wash and dry the bike before I disconnect the battery and put it up on paddock
stands until the spring. What an utter pain in my arsehole. I'm off to Kent to see the folks in a couple of days time
and I really don't have time for that. At least they've sorted out the slack chain that was annoying me last ride.

Just for the general inconveniences and fafferies of today I'm ordering a deliveroo tonight just so some other cousinfvcker,
almost certainly somehow related to Abdul from earlier has to get wet bringing me my dinner. It's a small victory, but I'm
petty like that, if he asks for a tip I'll tell him to look out for inbred minicab drivers entering a bus lane without flashing
a signal.

I think the problem is they work on commission, that would explain why they're seemingly so unwilling to give a decent retention deal, and then panic when you leave.

It's retarded, people don't want to negotiate over several phone calls for f'ing Broadband, not when you can go on price comparison sites, get a better deal and a load of vouchers for signing up with someone else.

Damn my shyness!!
I think I might have sat next to Jean Shrimpton on the bus this evening.
But I didn't ask her name. Brick Wall

She struck up a conversation because I sat down next to her wearing jingly antlers (as ya do), she just seemed like your average well-dressed elderly Chelsea lady and so we chatted all the way to Sloane Square. By the time we got there, she'd said some stuff about her past life and that she used to do modelling in the 60s (glossy magazine covers). She certainly had the bone structure and carriage for it.

But by then she was getting off and I didn't want to ask what her name was, as it would have seemed craven after our lovely conversations. I knew she wasn't Twiggy or Mary Quant - that was as far back as my brain could go at the last minute before she got off the bus and hobbled off down the road.

Fuckin wish I'd asked her. She was proper interesting!
I've been googling for half an hour. Brick Wall

Edit: Thinking ... or it mighta been Pattie Boyd ...! Damn! Laughing

Jean Shrimpton

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

She lovely. You should have asked, once you get it out the way it gets the conversation going even if its wrong lol.

As an aside, and please don't take this badly, but I'd hate to be shy. I yap to anyone and everyone, I have a real rep for it and some folk find it an issue when they are out with me, but really I don't give a fuck and can hold a conversation with folk you would assume I had nothing in common with.

I'm a scabby wee biker tramp from a Scottish housing scheme but I once had a deep conversation about art with Sir Richard Demarco and we hit it off big style.

First day of the Christmas holiday for me today (shoulda spent these last few days of annual leave in the summer, not now ) so I found myself among the daytime shoppers. Doh! They can’t drive, can’t park, have no sense of urgency and their supermarket etiquette is absurd. Laughing You do not block the aisle with your sideways trolley, bump into me at the checkout queue because there’s two inches of conveyor belt available, generally faff about… I’m sure there’s more. Still, I bought wine so…

It ought to be that they requested to show the property in the first place.

So you are suggesting changing g the law so that you have to ask all property owners to look in the general direction of their property?

So you are suggesting changing g the law so that you have to ask all property owners to take a photo in the general direction of their property?

You would literally not be able to point a camera anywhere.

I don't have a problem with the front of the house being shown but I live on a corner plot with a 6ft fence down the side of the property, the google cam looks right over the fence and shows practically all of our back garden and everything in it, including my bike.

They must have raised the height of their cameras because it wasn't a problem with the old images which have now been replaced.

Nobby, there's no point in discussing anything with you when you're pissed. Come back when you're sober.

Greedy publicans.
I was in the pub nearest my home today.
This is a gastro-pub , serving trendy meals with made up names.

£10 for two pints of beer Shocked Evil or Very Mad . Thumbs Down

No wonder they have no regular clientele .
