not sure if any use to anybody, but Halfords bike jack stand currently on offer for £86.40. usually £120.

It's only useful for bikes with a double downtube frame design. I wouldn't want to balance a bike on it's exhaust downpipes. Harleys or small off roaders would be OK, but any modern adventure bike or sports bike or naked would be precarious.
