Ebay grumble

Like others I buy shit off that Ebay from time to time
Normally I'll log in, check on my Ebay summary then purchases.

There use to be 4 icons there showing
what I've paid for - item dispatched - feedback given - feedback left
these were actually a quick, simple and useful way of keeping track of things but they've recently disappeared
wtf?

I did leave a shitty comment but doubt Ebay will pay any attention

anyone else suffering from this?

Customer Service front line is AI. Its just A coz intelligent it ain't.

I'm deffo looking in purchases not summary
I do tend to hide the older ones but previously I could see
the icons for paid/sent/feedback which seem to have gorn!

I did the ctrl+r thing few times, reloaded it, cleared the cache
then refreshed Firefox which restarted minus all the ad block stuff but
no change

I then used Brave browser to look at my ebay page and it's the same
no icons in purchases
I dont have any current orders but as I recall I could see them previously when not having any current orders

Yes, the icons aren't there. But on the summary page:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/mye/myebay/summary

Scroll down to "Orders" and you should see your icons.

I might have confused orders with purchases so
will buy summat cheap to see if that sorts it

The default filter on Orders display is "last 60 days" so try flipping it to 2023.

This is what's got me confused now.
I opened 'hidden orders' for the last 60 days and pretty sure normally
I'd see the icons to tell me whether or not I got /left any feedback.
I dont recall getting or leaving any feedback for these items
Wondering if a recent update had fecked things up
I dragged the lappy out and got the same result.

This is the current state of things, I'll buy some cheap shit to see if anything changes.

eBay have been dicking about with the interface for the last year or so, no error on your part. For the purchasing page I get exactly the same item display.

I suspect eBay's UI designers are thinking ppl just want to deal with delivery times and feedback on the recent orders section of the summary page whereas the purchase page is more long term find stuff you bought last year type of thing.
