Summina effects pedal power supply. £48 from amazon.
It has eight 9v outputs which are supposedly isolated. I dont think they are earth loop isolated but more likely each output is its own step down from the 12v dc input and has beefy enough smoothing capacitors to make up for any stray signals in the earth. It says each output is 500ma but given the input is a 12v 2A i doubt it could supply all eight outputs at 500ma.
The important thing though is its quiet. I powered a tube screamer clone, dunlop wah, Hotone Verb, Boss delay, Boss compressor and Donner looper (not in that order) off it with no problems. So sweet.
Once its out of warranty im going to open it up to what the internal circuitry is like.
I want to buy one of these https://www.xtomp.com/xtomp/description

A ‘Michelin’ rechargeable tyre inflator from Halfords. It seems quite powerful and will fit easily under the seat with my puncture repair kit. Ticks the ‘gadget’ box, and while I’ve fixed a few punctures at the roadside over the years I never had enough CO2 cartridges to fully inflate the tyre.
Unlike my tyre pressure gauges and mains-powered inflator this one fits over the valve with a lever instead of screwing on, which might actually be better.

A late spring to early autumn walking jacket.
It's not so good for all day persistent rain but for a bit of rain on/off it's bob-on.
fjallraven skogso jacket (not the padded version).
This week has been ideal for testing.
It's a keeper.
Selling points are abrasion resistance, reparability and longevity.
I'm out most days and for most of the day... Been through a fair bit of outdoor gear over the decades and I'm getting good feelings about this jacket.
Can stash a paclite waterproof in the poachers pocket if need be...or wear the Atom LT underneath during winter.
Reckon I've found the correct range of kit for -10c to +30c rain, wind, sun and snow.
Back to saving up again as it was a big purchase. £200 ____________________ Diabolical homemade music Bandcamp and Soundcloud
