Hi I've had this bike for about three weeks and it seemed to be running fine. Left it for one week, went to start it and it started fine then cut off, tried again and when I hold down the starter switch it leaks fuel.

I need to get it serviced MOT but no where collects around here so need to get this going again. Any advice where to start looking? I've looked online but couldn't find anything specific when its the starter switch being pressed.

Here's a video

I reckon the fuel pipe has become detached but you wont know until you've got the side panels off so you can see where it's spurting from.

You apparently have a vacuum operated fuel petcock on that bike. The fuel is allowed to flow through the valve only when there is intake vacuum, and the turning the engine over on the starter creates enough to operate the valve. The amount of fuel leaking out suggests the fuel line has completely come off the petcock fitting, or has broken.

Yeah that pipes become brittle and snapped or just not been put on correctly.

Lift the tank, theres 3 or 4 pipes though, so go careful putting it back down as you will pinch the breather.
