Hi folks,
New to the forum, thought I would show off my latest project. Hopefully this little beauty will get me riding again after 10 years off the road! Looking forward to many adventures with her.
I like to wild camp and practice bushcraft, this bike will make it easier to explore and find new places.

Currently a non runner, needs a new wiring harness(proving hard to source)
Also has a fuel issue which I'll figure out in time.

Your bike is sad. Fairly complete and original looking, which is a plus.

I don't know if you're going down the mechanical restoration route or not, but I would. It's only a day's work to have that stripped down into a large pile of bits. I would want to get it back to a bare frame to really inspect it for rust, it's a 40 year old steel frame and swingarm.

Original style pattern headlamps exist.

Is the wiring loom completely fucked, or just a bit damaged from an endless stream of 17 year olds fiddling with it? It's a fairly simple loom, so repair should be possible if it's mostly all there. Original style connectors are available from vehicle wiring products, or cheap and annoying copies from ebay.

Brings back memories. I had at least 2, if not 3 GS125's and they were great.

Easy to strip down to the frame and rebuild quickly but as above, do that first and make sure the frame and swingarm are all good before spending any money on it.
