Technically both Palestinians and Israelis are semites so slagging off either is anti-semetic

I dearly love the cosmopolitan nature of the forum contributors and think it would be fine fun to ponder many of these important life experiences over a pint or two..however right now I'm more curious as to how one takes on the task over shaving a prune like ball sack. Confused

You have to stretch them to get a nice clean shave.

A good Gillette blade or a properly dressed open razor produces a perfect finish.

Dr Who. Or more specifically the whole franchise. When I was a child it was a show for adults that children sneakily watched, now its a kids show there to shift merchandise which adults watch.

The whole Christmas thing as promoted by the tellybox. The celeb chefs and all that lifestyle crap. I try not to be a Christmass grump but those w#ankers and their staged families and perfect kitchens. It seems like Christmass only really exists on TV, in the real world its an entirely different thing. I don't mean that in a bad way, Christmass will be ok for me, secret sant at work, maybe a pub meal one lunchtime, pop by the brother and see the family, get sloshed on baileys with the GF, no worries, but the tellybox version really winds me up. I could happily go full IDF on every celeb at crimbo.

Can you? I can't get past a couple of glasses of it before I start feeling nauseous. I might go for Tequila this Christmas while wifie is away doing grandparenting stuff.

As for the Christmas adds, I know it's only a token gesture but Iceland not doing one and spending that budget on reducing prices is a quaint idea.

Amazon, the black friday shite.

Using Camel to check past prices I think 90% of the stuff is marked as a percentage off retail price which Amazon have never ever sold stuff for.

I suppose there are some good deals to be had but in reality it's all a big con.

Have a hot shower so they ain't cold, then just shave them using an electric razer designed for pubes. I use the Manscaped Lawnmower 3.0. Never knicked my sack with it, does a job. Get some moisturiser on them after shaving. Done. Like Nobby said, stretch out the folds while your doing it for a closer shave and better result.

There's something quite exhilarating about sliding an incredibly sharp blade against your knackers.

Sink waste pipe sizes.

Fuck me what a buggeration. Isn't the size it says it is and it can be the same size but different dimensions depending on what it's made of and how you join it together. Then if it's a different material, it still the same size but different dimensions again.

Nothing out there to tell you what the actual dimensions are if you have no idea how to navigate this clusterfuck but have a bit of pipe and want to know what fucking fittings you need. Then there's brand variation.

I've been nearly a week trying to get some sort of adapter or fitting to connect my new chrome U-bend to the plastic waste pipe stub sticking out of the wall. The U-bend is 1 1/4 BSP but the pipe is 30mm in diameter and needs to go into a 40mm OD plastic pipe, which is apparently also 1 1/4" but is actually 1 9/16".

It's driven me demented but surely the latest thingy I ordered will fit on at least one of the pipes...

I 'think' solvent weld pipe fits compression fittings but not the other way around. I only ever buy solvent weld waste pipes 40mm or 32mm
which I suppose are nominally 1 1/2" and 1 1/4" but yes its easy to get in a bugger's muddle.

PS Solvent weld is for men - like end-feed copper fittings.

My fucking neighbour is arguing the toss about the cost of getting my Suzuki fixed. She doesnt want to give the driver's (her mate) details and said that she would pay for the damage herself.

But when I told her it's cost me £200* she started arguing with me! Shocked I'm standing on her doorstep in the freezing cold being polite AF and the cunt is arguing about the cover wasn't torn, fucking mare. (actually it was)

Obviously I understand that she can't afford it, and its Christmas, etc etc ... but someone has to pay it and it shouldn't be me.

FFS Rolling Eyes

I said if she couldnt afford it that I would put it through her mate's insurance if only she would give me the name and telephone number and I would ask her mate for the insurer's details but she's refused to give them to me.

Anyway, I've told her the price and she said in that haughty way African women have that I "will be hearing from her"

I expect it won't improve her temper when the police show up at her mate's front door asking about the incident, but I don't fucking care now, I've paid to have the bike fixed, and she and her pal have to decide how to pay the money its cost me.

*which it did, once I totted up the cost of collection, repair to front end and exhaust, an Uber to go collect it and a new cover (which I got at a reduced price and much cheaper than the original!) , as well as at least 2 hours off work to sort that shit at a time when I could ill afford time off because of a huge meeting I had organised for earlier this week - it really was £200, in fact probably more than that, and doesn't include an ounce of "extra padding" let alone any mention of my extreme distress that it happened in the first place Rolling Eyes

Not a lot in the grand scheme of things, and personally I think it was pretty reasonable, it could have been much worse if she'd damaged the forks.

I'm only glad I was awake at the time it happened and got out there the moment I heard it happen, so that they were aware someone knew she had done it! They would have done nothing otherwise.
Fortunately, the neighbour on the other side provided me with video footage of the incident being done. So I'll just keep that up my sleeve in case I need it at a later date ... Evil or Very Mad

Itemise it in writing so she can see how it all adds up. add the bits in that you didn't charge for as FOC .. and give her the old cover,Wink

Yes I have itemised it but I'm not giving it to her unless she asks for it.

Fuck her.
She didn't even look at the cover (it was dark!) she was too busy strutting off home.

I can tell she wants to say that she saw me rip the cover myself (which I did) - but only because it was jammed under the wheel where her mate had nudged the bike, and it was holding me up from being able to see what was going on under there.

The pair of them were only interested in scarpering and not what was wrong with my bike.

If I "hear from her" and it turns out to be something in writing, I will just make a claim on MIB.

Its no skin off my nose but why should I wreck my own no-claims for some cunt who isnt decent enough to leave their details.

They walked off and didn't provide the details, if I had been asleep and hadn't jumped out the front door to look at the damage, they would have scarpered and got off scott free : so I ain't doing them any favours. Evil or Very Mad
